This recording has been made possible through the generosity of the Mouritz family, who share-farmed on land belonging to the New Norcia Benedictine community in Western Australia. It is intended as a tribute to the Spanish cultural heritage of New Norcia (recognised by UNESCO), in gratitude for piano lessons and other music instruction received by members of the Mouritz family at St Gertrude’s College, as well as o honour the high musical values and music environment of New Norcia.
